At The Ranch at Lone Oak Longhorns, we believe your wedding should feel like you.
Located just two miles north of Marysville, California, our private 13-acre ranch is surrounded by 200 acres of walnut orchards and beautiful Northern California countryside. With registered Texas Longhorns, expansive outdoor spaces and thoughtfully designed getting-ready accommodations, Lone Oak offers an unforgettable setting for couples looking for something beyond the traditional wedding venue.
Whether your vision is romantic Western, rustic luxury, modern country or timeless elegance, the ranch gives you the freedom to create a celebration that is completely your own.
What's Included
We want couples to have the time and space to truly enjoy their wedding experience.
Your venue rental includes:
Wedding-day use of The Ranch at Lone Oak Longhorns on your reserved Friday, Saturday or Sunday
Rehearsal access Thursday or Friday evening, based on availability
Beautiful wooden X-back chairs
Round guest tables
Choice of ceremony altars
Bistro lighting
Outdoor umbrellas
Bridal-party access to two private rooms in the main house connected by a large bathroom with direct outdoor access
Separate groom's quarters in our Bachelor Barn
Exclusive access to the property for your celebration
Music concludes at 10:00 p.m. in accordance with venue requirements. Standard cleanup must be completed by midnight unless our Day-After option is added.
The Barn Loot
Want to make decorating even easier?
Over the years, we've collected a beautiful assortment of wedding décor and accessories that couples can use to bring their vision to life without sourcing every piece themselves.
Our Barn Loot Collection includes items such as candles, votives, lanterns, chargers, signs, church pews, decorative tables, easels and other finishing touches.
Access to the Barn Loot Collection is available for $800.
We'll be happy to show you the collection and available pieces when planning your wedding.
Wedding Investment
Wedding venue pricing for up to 125 attendees, including the wedding party, begins at:
Saturday Weddings — $10,500
Friday & Sunday Weddings — $9,500
Planning a larger celebration?
Additional guests beyond 125 are $25 per person, with a maximum venue capacity of 250 guests.
A $2,500 reservation deposit secures your wedding date.
Remaining payments are scheduled for four months, two months and ten days prior to your event.
Additional Requirements
To protect our couples, guests and property — and to help your wedding day run as smoothly as possible — a few additional requirements apply.
Wedding Coordination
We require every wedding to have a professional wedding planner providing, at minimum, day-of coordination.
Don't already have someone?
We're happy to recommend professionals who know weddings and can help make your day seamless.
Vendors
You're welcome to choose your own licensed wedding vendors.
All vendors must provide the required proof of insurance.
Catering must be full-service, as drop-off-only catering is not permitted. Please note that there is no catering kitchen access on the property.
Event Insurance
Couples are required to provide the applicable event insurance documentation for their celebration.
Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted when served by a properly licensed bartender in accordance with venue requirements.
Restrooms
Portable restroom facilities are required for events and are rented separately.
Residence Cleaning
A $350 residence cleaning fee applies.

Your wedding day should be spent celebrating — not worrying about tables, décor or what needs to happen after the last dance.
For couples who want an even easier experience, we offer optional services:
Full-Service Setup — $1,500
Let us take care of setting up the venue so you can focus on getting ready and enjoying the day.
Full-Service Breakdown & Cleanup — $1,500
When the celebration ends, leave the work to us.
Day-After Access — $500
Prefer to handle cleanup yourself but don't want to do it at midnight? Add day-after access and return the following day to remove your remaining items.
Engagement & Save-the-Date Sessions
Once you've chosen Lone Oak for your wedding, the ranch becomes part of your story.
Couples who have booked their wedding at The Ranch at Lone Oak Longhorns may use the property for an engagement or Save-the-Date photography session at no additional venue charge.
It's a wonderful opportunity to spend more time at the ranch, get comfortable in front of the camera and capture a completely different season of your engagement.
Accommodations for Your Guests
The Ranch at Lone Oak Longhorns is conveniently located near Marysville and Yuba City, with lodging options available throughout the Yuba-Sutter area.
Couples hosting guests from outside the area also have access to nearby hotel and resort options, including Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain.
We recommend arranging accommodations early for larger weddings and can help point you toward nearby options when planning your celebration.
