More Than a Venue

Thank you for your interest in our venue! We are located 2 miles north of Marysville off of Highway 70 in an agricultural area known for peaches, prunes, almonds, and rice. The Ranch sits on 13 acres and is surrounded by 200 acres of walnuts. We also have beautiful registered Texas Longhorns. Of course we would love to show you around in person!!!

What’s Included

The Ranch at Lone Oak includes use Thursday or Friday night for the rehearsal (based on availability), Friday, Saturday, or Sunday for the wedding (music must be off strictly at 10pm), clean up must be completed by midnight unless “day after” if purchased. It includes use of our wooden X-back chairs and round tables for guests, choice of alters, bistro lighting, and umbrellas. We also have decor and accessories such as candles, votives, lanterns, chargers, signs, church pews, decorative tables, easels, and candles you may rent for an additional cost. Access to the “barn loot” is $800.

It allows use in the main house for the bridal party (two rooms connected with a large bathroom and outdoor access) as well as groom quarters in the Bachelor Barn.

The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino recently completed construction and is open.

Requirements

We require a Wedding Planner for Day-Of-Coordination at minimum to have your day run smoothly. We can recommend one if needed. At this time you are welcome to use any licensed vendors you choose (must provide proof of insurance). Caterers MUST be full service (can not drop off and run). There is no kitchen access for catering.

Rates & Packages

The price for up to 125 attendees (including bridal party) is $10,500 for Saturday, $9,000 for Friday or Sunday. We also require an insurance binder policy, a cleaning fee of $250 for the residence, and rental of portable restroom facilities. Alcohol is permitted so long as it’s served by a licensed bartender. If you plan to have more than 125 guests in attendance, please add $25 per guest, not to exceed 250.

Security Deposit

A deposit of $2,500 is needed to reserve your date, with payments due at 4 months, 2 months, and 10 days prior to the event.

Additional Services

We have add on’s available, should you choose to just show up and celebrate, or not have to clean up afterward. Full service set up is $1,500. Full service break down and clean up is $1000. If you decide you would like the “day after” to clean up (or remove all items) it may be added for $500. At this time The Ranch is available for Save-The-Date and engagement sessions exclusively to couples who have booked the property free of charge.
